Job Description
Locums First is seeking a Locum Physician Associate to join a GP practice in Acharacle.

About the Position:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage undifferentiated, undiagnosed cases by history taking, physical examinations and clinical decision-making to establish a working diagnosis and management plan
- While currently you do not have prescribing rights, you can prepare prescriptions for GPs to sign
Working Days and Hours:
- Flexible working days between Monday – Friday
- 8 hours a day
- Flexible between 08:00 – 18:00
- Long-term role

Requirements:
- Completed a postgraduate physician associate course*
- Professional registration with the Faculty of Physician Associates and/or the General Medical Council
- Passed the UK Physician Associate National Re-Certification exam
- *Physician associates undertaking approved training can be employed as apprentices if under the supervision of a registered medical practitioner
