Locums First is seeking a Locum Digital and Transformation Lead to join a GP practice in Hartfield.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Locum Digital and Transformation Lead to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for leading and implementing digital strategies and driving transformation initiatives within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake transformation and improvement projects in PCNs, including the adoption and optimisation of digital tools
- Improve population health, workforce, management, and estate planning, and care quality
Working Days and Hours:
- Flexible working days between Monday – Friday
- 8 hours a day
- Flexible between 08:00 – 18:00
- Long-term role

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
– Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, such as SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
– Demonstrated experience in driving successful digital transformation initiatives
– Proficiency in using digital platforms and tools, such as Google Analytics, CRM software, and content management systems
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work independently and in a team environment
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Proven ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
